After making the payment please inform us the branch you paid
to, amount and date to verify the payment.
After that, we will send you an invoice via email.
When will my email campaign be sent?
The real question is, when do you want it to send? You can choose
the exact date & time you want your email to send. You can
schedule it for an hour from now, two weeks from now…etc
How long does it take to send
the emails?
One email transmission may take about 10-72 hours to complete.
Can I send myself a test copy of the email
before it goes out to everyone?
Absolutely! At the end of the email creation we can send an
email toyourself a test copy. This way you can see exactly what
it will look like in your inbox.
How
do we know exactly you really send our mails to your entire
base?
After the transmission is completed, our system will tell us
how many emails actually got delivered and returned. We can
give you a screenshot of this information.
However, this report will not tell you, how many people actually
opened the email and clicked on the ad. (We expect to give this
who, from what country and when opens your email, clicks links
or loads images data in the future on your request)
Can we expect all the emails of our database
to receive these emails in their inbox?
NO. (The Truth, which other email marketing firms do not share
with you)
There is always a small % of emails (normally less than 10%),
